I fully agree with author opinion.
Speaking from experience I can say without hesitation that working on yourself (Mind, Body, Health), no matter how long the process, is much better than bringing crap into a new relationship. I like to call it dispositioning of the crap; out with the old and getting stronger with the new!!!
